Founded in 2014 by horticultural and sports turf specialist Jacques Kruger, Grow Group was established with a clear objective: to deliver the professionalism, structure and accountability expected from a large corporate contractor while maintaining the responsiveness, flexibility and personal attention of a dedicated owner-managed business.
With more than 24 years of experience in the green industry, Jacques has built a reputation for delivering high-quality landscape, sports turf, water-management and environmental projects throughout Gauteng and beyond. His hands-on approach remains a cornerstone of Grow Group, with active involvement in site inspections, project planning, quality control, problem-solving and client relationships.
We believe successful projects are built on technical knowledge, careful planning, attention to detail and lasting partnerships. What began as a specialist landscape and horticultural services company has evolved into a diverse organisation with capabilities across horticultural and landscape maintenance, landscape design and installation, smart irrigation, sports turf and cricket pitches, complete borehole and water infrastructure, and equestrian infrastructure and development. Our experience spans commercial developments, residential estates, body corporates, schools, sporting facilities, corporate properties and specialist equestrian environments.
Our sports turf team develops, renovates and maintains natural turf playing surfaces, including cricket pitches and practice facilities. In equestrian environments, our capabilities extend to arena construction and refurbishment, drainage, paddock and electric-fence installations, round pens, water reticulation and trough systems. By coordinating earthworks, drainage, irrigation, landscaping and ongoing maintenance, we can deliver a more complete solution with fewer interfaces for the client to manage.
